The tickets are available on a first-come first-served basis in all Pre-sales, general sales, international sales.

They are also available at the day-of-sale ticket booths at the stadium.
Event merchandise will be sold on the day of the event.
We will also sell event merchandise online in advance of the event.
Food, beverages, and PET bottles are allowed (Size restrictions on PET bottles under 500ml).
Glass bottles and cans are not allowed. ※No transfer containers are provided.
Re-entry is not allowed.
One preschooler is allowed per accompanying ticket holder.
Preschoolers must sit on the lap of the accompanying adult.

In the event of loss or damage, tickets cannot be reissued.
Tickets cannot be changed or refunded after purchase.
Tickets will become invalid if the ticket stub is removed prior to admission.
Smoking is not permitted in the stadium.

You can start waiting in the line from 8AM on the day of the match.
The gate for the line is North 2 Gate for the Category 3 North - FC Barcelona stand,
South 1 Gate for the Category 3 South - Real Madrid stand.

Once you have lined up, you may leave the queue. Please return to the waiting line area 25 minutes prior to the applicable gate opening time.
Once you have gathered 25 minutes before the gates open, you will not be allowed to leave the line until you enter the venue. Please be aware of this before lining up.
Banners for each team can be hung in the following locations.
- Lower level: Category 2 Backstage Stand (part of the backstage) and Category 3 Non-reserved
Seats Stand (both sides)
- Upper level: Category 2 Backstage Stand, Category 3 Non-reserved Seat Stand, in the middle aisle and at the top handrail
※The sign will be posted after the gates open. Advance posting is not allowed.
※If the Club determines that any posted signs are slanderous, libelous, or discriminatory, the Club will remove the signs, issue a warning, and if the conduct is not stopped, the player will be asked to leave the venue. If such prohibited behavior is observed, the player may be asked to leave the venue or be banned from attending subsequent matches. Please follow the instructions of the security guards.
※The use of duct tape is prohibited when installing banners.
The parking in the stadium is not available.
If you are coming by car, please park in the coin parking nearby individually.
